Power and Associates’ 2011 Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS). Lincoln now leads the industry with the most reliable vehicles.

In the J.D. Power study, owners were asked to show problems with their three-year-old vehicles in the past 12 months, choosing from a list of more than 200 issues in eight diverse categories. The J.D. According to David Sargent, vice president of global vehicle research at J.D. Power, attributed Lincoln’s jump from second place in last year’s study to “a lot of years of improvement.
